Important news about Money Transfer from HM Customs & Excise New Regulations.

Any transfer to jamaica,poland and Grosco will now need Sender name ,full address, telephone number and Receiver name,full address and telephone number.

HM  Custom & Excise will be implementing the new payment regulations from January 2007. This is a legal requirement that all legal money transfer companies must adhere to, not just chequepoint. The new regulations will rquire that an ID and proof of address be taken for transaction of £650 and above. This will be implemented from 3-Jan-2007.

Important news about Money Transfer from (FSA ) New Regulations.

Money  remitters: get ready For the Payment  Services Regilations 2009.
From 01 november 2009, payment service providers, including money remitters, must comply with the payment services regulation(PSRs). We( the FSA) are the regilator responsible for these regulations.
Money remitters must register with or become authorised by the FSA and comply with the PSRs,
conduct reguirements for certain payments transactions.

KEY DATE TO NOTE!

  *  late march 2009 -  publication of our approach document .

  *  1 may 2009 - we begin accepting applications for authorisation and registration.

  *  1 november 2009 - come into force.
